It is obviously the answer. The huge profits from LP’s of the past are over, as the recording technology is at hand. Artists know very well that the fat of the land goes to the big recording companies, always. I study media, and lately I have found a great amount of copyright free films (silent ones, from the 19’s to the 20’s, and that are NOT easly available for purchase) for download. I would purchase copies of such films, if available. On the other hand, peolple are not basically interested in stealing - ethics are still a great force in our civilazation. The great companies and theri ‘capos’ have to learn ethics and fairplay.
